Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a lot of potential with a beautiful coastal location and a peaceful grassed area near the pool, but the rooms were dated and not very clean. The service staff were polite, but we had some issues with room comfort and the dining experience. The pool was a hit with the kids, but the presence of a rifle being displayed near the pool was quite unsettling, and the overall experience left me hesitant about returning.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious and the pool area was great for the kids, there were some serious drawbacks. The decor felt outdated, and I was really uncomfortable with the presence of a staff member walking around with a loaded rifle. The location was quiet but somewhat isolated, and the dining options left something to be desired. Overall, it could be a nice place with some changes.
The hotel has some appealing features, like a large swimming pool that the kids loved and some peaceful shaded areas for sunbathing. However, the room decor was quite worn, and the beach wasn't the best with lots of pebbles. A significant concern was a staff member walking around the pool with a loaded rifle, which made our family feel unsafe. Due to these issues, we would likely not return to this hotel.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious but had a not-so-great view, and the beach left much to be desired with its rocky entrance. The pool and slides were a hit with my kids, but the dining experience was disappointing, especially with the food quality. The staff were friendly and attentive, though there were moments of disarray. Overall, it's not ideal based on some safety concerns and the state of the dining options.
The hotel has some great points, like the spacious and clean rooms and the impressive waterpark that my kids absolutely loved. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing, and some aspects of the facilities need attention. The location is good since it's relatively close to the beach, but the overall experience was marred by several uncomfortable moments, particularly regarding safety and service.
